How
to enter upon classified:
Here
are all real estate sectors: tourist, industrial, commercial, agricultural
and residential. Once the visitor chose the sector, after his free
registration, he will choose on planisphere the continent, then
the country interesting for him, so searched classified will appear
complete with large description and photos.
How to make advertisements:
Price of each advertisement is very cheap, US$ 50 - € 40 (+
TVA for UE customers), if we consider that every advertisement is
on line 45 days (during the first stage) and that a newsletter is
sent each 15 days to main real estate companies in the world, informing
them about last advertisements.
As we wish to fulfil as soon as possible our data base with
classified coming from all countries, we decided
to let the first 5 customers of each countries to put for free their
advertisements complete with text and photos.

We suggest to show the selling price on each advertisment.
In the first stage, during present year , who wish to advise one
or more classified, after free registration, has to follow the instructions
(“post your adv real estate”), sending them via e-mail;
every format is accepted, no more than 300 KB (each advertisement+
photos).
In two working days from reception, we’ll provide to advertise
them informing our customer via e-mail. He, after checking and appreciating
the advertisement , will pay, following the procedure in “pay
your classified”.
Non-payment into three working days cause annulment of advertisements.This
procedure is not applied to first 5 advertisers from each country
thanks to promotion above descripted.
Advertisements will be issued just so they were sent from advertisers.
If they send them written in more than a language (English, Spanish,
Italian) we will issue in the pertinent WVB web pages.
Special services:
In a few time we’re going to present a marketing by mass-mailing
special service, addressed to real estate companies working in the
specified countries by our customers.
Liabilities:
WVB – worldvideobusiness is not responsible neither for any lack
of truthfulness of advertisements to be charged exclusively to advertiser,
or for success of the business, because it is exclusively managed
between the parties. |
